Hate Can Never End Hate, Only Love Can

Have you ever been hurt, lost, scared and didn't know what was wrong from right? Have you ever lost someone you thought you cared for the most? This pain is just too real, and it hurts way too much for me to handle. I don't know what to do with all this anger. I hold in my chest. I just want it all to go away...I can't stand the way people lie to me as easy as getting candy from a baby. They keep me going into this same cycle, and fall back into the same routine. I don't know how to stop it.
